In the first Assassin's Creed I really wanted counter-assassin's to fight against, run from, and chase. So when I heard that something like that was going to be in the new one, I flipped out!
So this guy is my concept for one of these counter assassin's to Ezio. I entertained the idea that this guy might even be Ezio's rival, so I gave him the name "Sparviero" which means "Hawk" in Italian, playing on the fact that "Ezio" means "Eagle." And I obviously played offa lot of Ezio's design, but I thought it was appropriate under the idea that Sparviero would be his equal. And I just have a thing for masks... I had fun trying some new techniques. And this is one of the few paintings I've done that has actually made it to the refinement stage. Haha. Anyway, ENJOY!  ---------------------- photoshop |

For the belt I just kind of played around with shapes and figured since Ezio's belt design was "pointy-like" a fair contrast, with keeping the same idea, was a circular design.

Well I guess it's pretty obvious that I don't know Italian! Haha, thanks for the heads up.

Anyway, Eagle in Italian is "Aquila" while Ezio is just a name with no particular meaning
